Home Away From Home

Pine View Care Center is a 95-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. We are conveniently located adjacent to the Jackson County Fair Grounds and the new Lunda Community Center where the local Senior Center operates.

Pine View Care Center offers both short-term and long-term care, including specialized programming for those with advanced memory loss. Additional services including end-of-life care are also available, and can be coordinated with hospice.

We are known for our friendly and competent staff who are dedicated to the residents, their families and the community. Our nursing team delivers care based on your needs and preferences. We also offer three home-cooked meals each day, and a comprehensive activities program that has been designed to offer you social, recreational, educational and spiritual opportunities.

As it was once eloquently said in a well-known movie, “There’s no place like home.” We understand the importance of home to individuals as they receive necessary health care services away from home. So, when the need arises for transitional care after surgery, or for longer-term care due to degenerative conditions requiring ongoing skilled nursing oversight, Pine View Care Center is committed to helping your stay feel as much like home as possible.
